What's typically included in your optimisation services?

All BAU system administration tasks associated with improvement/enhancement of existing functionality. Typically, this would include:

  • support for HR system users
  • issue diagnostics and resolution
  • system training and onboarding support for new users
  • minor enhancements or SaaS release system updates
  • reporting and analytics
  • access control and security
  • process improvement, optimisation and workflows
  • documentation such as user guides, FAQs and trouble shooting resources

The fee includes a lead consultant and project governance resources.

What's not covered?

Full implementation of the Dayforce system is not covered within this service. For implementation support and project management, please visit our Dayforce Implementation page.

There is scope however to implement additional modules or functionality as part of our ongoing service if required. This would warrant a review of your current rate, as would additional work not generally covered such as custom reporting and dashboards, integration with third party systems, data migration, wholesale security enhancements or compliance audits.

Can we raise tickets and check progress of outstanding tasks online?

Yes - all clients will have access to their own portal dashboard to raise and track tickets.

Are your Dayforce consultants accredited?

Yes, and they regularly get trained on system updates.

 
How is this different from Dayforce's own support?

Typically, Dayforce support is more advice and guidance lead and does not include hands-on system administration support to enhance functionality or associated processes. It also provides the opportunity for us to plan strategic improvements for your system throughout the year. For example if you need additional automation or reporting to further optimise in a ongoing basis.
