Ana has experience in HR-focussed roles across multiple
sectors including public and private equity sectors.
She supports clients with requirements gathering and the
HRIS selection process as well as implementation
projects; working with vendors to complete RFPs and
organise demos.
Ben has over 18 years in the HRIS sector including HR,
payroll, talent acquisition, e-learning and performance
management space.
His skills and insights into people-centric technology
enable organisations across all major sectors to better
serve their employee community and improve
profitability.
Born and raised in the small seaside town of Klaipeda, Lithuania, Indre completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology before moving to the UK to begin her career in HR and L&D.
She soon discovered the wonderful world of projects, working within both the public and private sectors including higher education and housing associations, retail, airports and airlines.
Her core responsibilities at Silver Cloud include digitising and modernising their HR functions, whether through process improvement, replacing technologies or through imparting general change advice.
Indre loves working with our clients to digitise and modernise their HR functions!
Louise is a CIPD qualified, HR generalist with over 14
years’ experience. She has worked on a number of HRIS
implementations with several leading suppliers.
She combines her HR and project experience to support
her team in delivering the full lifecycle of a project, from
