Silver Cloud Ranks 4th in UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing!

HR digital transformation consultancy, Silver Cloud HR, has officially been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
Their people-first approach and emphasis on flexibility, employee wellbeing and culture are just some of the reasons why employees at Silver Cloud believe it’s a great place to work – putting them 4th out of 100 in the Medium sized business category.
This, coupled with investment in wellbeing initiatives including financial wellbeing education, SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) development and regular internal engagement programmes, prompted employees to describe Silver Cloud as “visionary”, like “family” and benefiting from a “unique team spirit”.
Great Place to Work®’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work to determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list.
The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
When surveyed, 100% of Silver Cloud employees stated that:

- People care about each other here
- People are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life
- Management shows a sincere interest in me as a person, not just an employee
- When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride
