How does it work?
Our managed services are offered within a number of cost effective hourly bundles, detailed below.
The full amount will be payable upon commencement and all hours will be valid for 6 months from date of signing. All time will be tracked and shared with you on a weekly/monthly basis as agreed.
What's typically covered in your managed service offering?
All BAU system administration tasks associated with improvement/enhancement of existing functionality. Typically, this would include:
Support for HR system users
Issue diagnostics and resolution
System training and onboarding support for new users
Minor enhancements or SaaS release system updates
Strategic Quarterly Reviews
Reporting and analytics
Access control and security
Process improvement, optimisation and workflows
Documentation such as user guides, FAQs and trouble shooting resources
An extra pair of hands during critical times
Full implementation of the Bob system is not covered within this service. For implementation support and project management, please visit our HiBob webpage.
There is scope however to implement additional modules or functionality as part of our ongoing service if required. This need to be costed additionally.
Yes - all clients will have access to their own portal dashboard to raise & track tickets.
Yes, our hourly bundles model provides flexibility for us to fully provide this service or to support an existing System Admin role. Our service can also be used to train an internal resource to admin level in order for you to be more self-sufficient.
