Once we’ve signed off the agreement, we’ll arrange a kick off session where we’ll guide you through the process and next steps.

After that, we’ll set up a discovery session to begin gathering feedback from key internal stakeholders - users, admins and so on.

Then we’ll spend some time looking at all of the functionality you have right now and identify any gaps that exist for achieving future goals.

You’ll receive a summary and action plan along with a gap analysis report and series of recommendations.
