HiBob launches UK Payroll
HiBob has launched its new UK Payroll, a next generation payroll processing product for the UK workforce. The new payroll solution reduces errors, increases transparency and creates a single source of truth for HR and payroll teams to both work from.

A big month for HiBob, the platform has also announced that it is now able to integrate with NetSuite, the cloud-based business management platform.

Dayforce Career Explorer award win
Dayforce Career Explorer, a core feature of Dayforce Talent, has been chosen as a Top HR Product of the year by Human Resource Executive and the HR Tech Conference – one of only 13 named. This is part of Dayforce’s capabilities enabling a skills-based workplace.

Attensi’s virtual humans
Global L&D gamification platform Attensi has created an innovative way to help train employees how to have difficult conversations at work. They now offer the ability to practice these conversations with hyper-realistic AI agents – or virtual humans.

ADP launches Lyric
HR and payroll solution provider ADP launched its new HCM, Lyric, this month. The new global platform uses GenAI and is designed to help businesses scale and grow through flexibility, intelligence and human-centric design.

Zellis wins big at The Rewards 2024
Zellis has won multiple accolades from The Rewards, an award body focused on recognising excellence in pay and reward. The payroll and HR provider has won both the Payroll & HR Software Product Award and Best Payroll and HR Provider. The judges commended Zellis for their ‘continuous improvement and innovation.’

TiPJAR wins new UK Smart Grant
TiPJAR is a tips and TRONC solution geared toward the hospitality sector. This month the government selected them to win a new UK Smart Grant. The grant is going to help them launch their Spend & Save product to more hospitality workers around the world.

UKG expands Ready Suite
UKG has moved modified versions of three of its products into its Ready HR suite of tools. These products include UKG Ready Bryte Assist, UKG Ready Great Place To Work Hub and UKG Ready One View. The incorporation of these products was designed to simplify pay, culture and people operations within Ready.
