It’s the end of 2024 and there has been so much change in the HR tech landscape over the last year. From acquisitions to partnerships to new product launches, this has proven to be a very exciting time. And we’re bringing you one last monthly update for 2024. So, here’s what’s happened in December:
Dayforce Wallet – new direct-to-bank enhancements to expand on-demand pay experience
Dayforce Wallet is expanding their on-demand pay with new capabilities that let employees route their pay directly to any personal bank account. They can now do this anytime during a pay cycle.

Workday announces new board member
Workday has recently added Liz Centoni, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Success Officer at Cisco to their board of directors. With decades of involvement in creating exceptional customer experiences, Workday hope Centoni will guide Workday’s committment to customer success.

Cloudpay
Global payroll provider Cloudpay now has a certified integration with Workday. Already a Workday partner for over a decade, Cloudpay is excited to offer this new level of collaboration for clients. They are the first partners to achieve certification for Workday’s Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI) and the first to implement its Additional Payroll Data (APD) feature with live customers.

SD Worx nominates new Managing Director
European HR solutions provider SD Worx has announced Daniel Idźkowski as the new Managing Director of SD Worx Poland. Idźkowski brings over a decade of experience to his goal to further develop the company in Poland.

Insights and Awards from Cezanne Connect 2024 UGM
The Cezanne Connect 2024 event at London Stadium gathered over 250 customers for engaging talks, workshops, and the first Cezanne Awards. Highlights included a keynote on HR strategy, a panel on AI in HR, and a preview of new AI functionalities for 2025.
