Despite a slower news month overall, the industry witnessed exciting partnerships and acquisitions that grabbed headlines. Workday
We start our movers and shakers with Workday who has a total of three entries! Firstly, they've announced their exclusive strategic partnership with Insperity to provide best in class HR service and technology to small and midsize businesses.

Secondly, Workday has announced that their total revenue from the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023 were $1.9 billion, an increase of 17%, congratulations!

And last but not least, Workday has also announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, a leading provider of AI-powered talent orchestration solutions, which enable companies to use data-driven insights to improve recruiting and talent mobility processes.

HiBob
Congratulations to HiBob who has acquired Pento. This is a major leap forward in their roadmap for making Bob a more modern, all-encompassing, all-in-one HCM solution

Cezanne
Cezanne introduced their new Learning Management System to their growing suite of HR software which helps high-performing HR teams create, curate and connect engaging workforce learning programmes.

ADP
ADP is integrating generative AI capabilities into its tools to bolster HR processes, including payroll validation. The tool, ADP Assist, aims to support HR departments in various ways.
