Over the coming weeks and months, remote access to people data will be imperative for business continuity and to manage the inevitable employment and contractual changes that will accompany this pandemic.
Many organisations are now having to rise to the challenge of supporting operations through remote working. As an outcome of this, several uncomfortable, but necessary tasks may need to be planned for and supported digitally.

Flexible, remote support
As the situation with Covid-19 changes hour by hour, we recognise that flexibility is key. With many schools and other childcare facilities now closed, along with many workplaces, it's clear that the traditional 9-5 may no longer be feasible in the coming weeks.
We are therefore happy to support you at a time that suits you best, be that late night or early morning and understand you may be juggling childcare when we talk. Please do not worry about this. Many of us our parents ourselves and will not think twice about any impromptu appearances by children!
