The challenge

A UK-wide independent decorator's merchant came to Silver Cloud to help them with their HRIS selection process.

Brewers was using use a payroll-led system to manage all employee data which had been in place for some time. While the payroll was running smoothly, it did not offer any of the functionality that was available within other HR systems today, especially a self-service solution which the client required for their employees.

Silver Cloud were approached to assist them with identifying a new solution to manage both people data and payroll.
