About the project

Having selected their preferred vendor, a UK law firm approached Silver Cloud HR to deliver the implementation of Sage People.

The challenge

With over 350 employees, this well-established UK law firm were seeking to digitise their key HR processes, which included the requirement for a new recruitment, HCM and performance management solution.

The process

A Silver Cloud HR consultant worked with this law firm, over 4 months on the discovery, configuration, testing and deployment of Sage People. 

In delivering the project, Silver Cloud followed an agile approach to ensure each workstream was delivered within the required timescales.

In addition to supporting deployment, Silver Cloud facilitated several accredited training sessions to upskill the HR team and their end-users to ensure the new system was fully adopted and the team saw a return on their investment.

The results

The law firm went live with their full suite of functionality on time and continue to see the benefits digitising their processes has delivered.
