Head of Employee Experience | PayCaptain
Anna Buckle is PayCaptain’s Head of Employee Experience and Financial Wellbeing. Anna has 20 years’ experience in the payroll and financial wellbeing industry. Prior to joining PayCaptain, she was Director of Customer Success for a payroll service provider with 1,200 customers operating across the UK, USA and UAE. Anna is a certified Plain Numbers Practitioner who advocates for users first, she is dedicated to researching and building features that help users increase their financial resilience.

Ricardo Arenas is an HR professional with 4 years of experience in people operations and a focus on employee relations. He is currently the People Operations Manager at Factorial, where he supervises payroll, compensation, and other HR functions in a hypergrowth environment.
