You will manage complex, multi-faceted projects, providing continuous improvement across all domains.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Workforce & Payroll Consulting: Act as a trusted consultant to Silver Cloud clients, assessing their workforce management, payroll (UK, US, and Canada), and benefits needs, ensuring Dayforce is configured to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and cost savings. Leverage deep expertise in UK, US, and Canadian payroll regulations, including tax structures, statutory deductions, and remittance processes, to help businesses optimise payroll processes, reduce risks, and improve accuracy. Use system configuration tools and testing protocols to guarantee data accuracy, including payroll tax calculations, holiday pay, overtime rules, and regional compliance requirements in the UK, US, and Canada. Configure statutory requirements such as National Insurance (UK), Federal and State taxes (US), and Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Employment Insurance (EI), and provincial tax regulations (Canada).
  • Client Relationship Management & Advisory: Build long-term partnerships with Silver Cloud’s clients, acting as a strategic consultant on payroll transformation, workforce efficiency, and HR technology adoption. Manage client expectations, anticipate potential roadblocks, and proactively provide solutions that align with their business growth objectives. Influence key stakeholders by translating technical complexities into clear business benefits, driving adoption and ROI for their Dayforce investment.
  • Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of Dayforce WFM, Payroll, and Benefits modules with clients’ HRIS, finance, and third-party platforms. Advise clients on payroll finance reconciliation, general ledger mappings, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a thought leader within Silver Cloud, mentoring junior consultants, sharing expertise, and ensuring the team is up to date on best practices, regulatory changes, and Dayforce enhancements. Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams for long-term system adoption and self-sufficiency. Champion a culture of innovation, ensuring Silver Cloud stays ahead of industry trends in WFM, payroll, and HR tech solutions.
  • Agile Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll processing, workforce scheduling, and system performance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Adapt implementation approaches to align with business constraints, regulatory updates, and changing workforce models. Work within Silver Cloud’s risk management framework, ensuring project success while mitigating compliance and operational risks across UK, US, and Canadian payroll landscapes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Business Growth: Drive continuous process enhancements for both clients and Silver Cloud’s own implementation methodology. Stay ahead of industry changes, Dayforce product innovations, and workforce trends, advising clients on how to leverage new functionalities for competitive advantage. Contribute to Silver Cloud’s business growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients expand their Dayforce capabilities.
