An exciting opportunity to join our HiBob Practice to lead successful HiBob implementations for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring effective platform use. This role involves managing multiple projects, delivering on time, and maintaining high-quality outcomes. Strong project management skills, HRIS expertise, and a client-centric approach are essential. Reporting to the Head of Practice (HiBob), this remote role offers flexibility, occasional travel, and an 80% billable utilisation target.

About this role

We are looking for an experienced HiBob HRIS Consultant to join our dynamic team.  

As a HRIS Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of the HiBob platform to clients, working closely with them to understand their unique requirements, providing expert guidance, and helping them fully leverage the capabilities of the HiBob solution. 

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results on time and within scope. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly client-focused, a strong communicator and brings extensive experience in HR systems implementation.  

The role is home-based but requires flexibility to travel for team days and to be on-site with clients as needed. The role is full-time, however part-time/flexible working opportunities will also be considered.

  • The role has a utilisation billable target: 80%

Responsibilities

  • Lead HiBob implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, managing scope, timelines, and resources while adhering to project methodology and KPIs.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, taking a client-centric approach to understand their business goals and objectives, their system requirements, and advising on best practices for Bob configuration and optimisation.
  • Provide in-depth training and support to clients during implementation ensuring successful user adoption of the platform.
  • Provide guidance and support around data migration activities whilst ensuring data integrity.  
  • Manage a detailed project plan, RAID logs and project status reports/updates to ensure the project status is communicated internally and externally.  
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success, escalating to management when appropriate.  
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, and HiBob stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and resolve any client issues.
  • Support the Head of Practice to develop and grow the HiBob practice, including presales, recruitment, our service offering and process improvement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve implementation processes, tools, and client engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate and drive own learning and development, keeping up to date on solution advancements.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience in implementing HRIS/HR tech solutions, with specific expertise in HiBob, as an implementer or customer.
  • Experience in Project Management. Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within scope.
  • Client centric mindset and professional manner with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels.  
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to engage, build trust, and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g., talent management, time and attendance, compensation, performance management, workforce planning) and how HRIS solutions support these processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to the changing needs of clients and projects.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset in relation to improving the service.  
  • A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team, adopting a can-do and flexible attitude.
  • A completer finisher who keeps track of open items and sees actions through to closure.   
  • Strong organisational skills with an appreciation for the importance of timely, complete, and accurate documentation.
