About Venisha

Venisha began her career in Software Testing, dedicating 10 years to ensuring quality and reliability in software solutions. She then transitioned into a Business Manager role, where she spent another decade overseeing operations and driving business strategies.

Now as HRBP & Office Manager at Silver Cloud, Venisha plays a key role in supporting the company’s HR strategy and our Mauritius-based employees. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement, working closely with leadership to address HR needs.

Alongside her HR duties, Venisha also manages office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and fostering a productive work environment. Her role requires balancing strategic HR initiatives with operational efficiency to maintain a well-run office and a positive workplace culture.
