About Veerish

Veerish has over 8 years of experience in the IT and Implementation world. He started his career as a Developer which has given him a deep understanding of HRIS backend operations and data management.

Veerish has spent a lot of time researching and performing data migrations and conversions, leveraging his technical skills. Transitioning to the consultancy team, Veerish applied his developer experience to visualise the full implementation process and meet diverse system requirements.

At Silver Cloud, Veerish works within our Dayforce Practice and as Consultant Manager (Data), he oversees HR and Payroll data imports for Dayforce projects, setting up data processes and creating project timelines to meet deadlines set by the Project Manager.

Veerish also manages Dayforce Implementation Consultants, covering training, development, goal setting, and onboarding. Collaborating with the Delivery Manager, Veerish handles utilisation, forecasting, and capacity planning and leads the team by defining work and meeting deadlines.

Proficient in relational database systems, Veerish facilitates client workshops on the full employee lifecycle, offering tailored solutions. He works with the Solution Architect on comprehensive HCM architecture, manages customer expectations, identifies risks, and communicates issues to the Project Manager.

Veerish also improves implementation quality, minimises post-go-live rework, collaborates with the Projects Team on tooling ideas, testing and rollout, provides quality assurance oversight, acts as a point of escalation, and contributes to monthly team meetings with lunch & learn sessions and technology updates.
