About Sam

Sam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Lincoln and pursued his postgraduate studies at the University of Hull.

He embarked on his professional journey in HR Generalist roles, predominantly in the manufacturing industry where he later transitioned into HR Systems Administration and implementation within the Insurance Broking sector, gaining additional experience in Operations.

Sam holds considerable experience in executing the integration of acquired businesses into an established HR ecosystem. He successfully implemented numerous insurance brokers following their acquisition by an organisation and then seamlessly integrated that company into a larger group. Throughout this process, Sam prioritised ensuring a smooth transition for all employees involved.

Sam has navigated various aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, employee relations, and payroll and his expertise spans many sectors, including FMCG, manufacturing, eCommerce and Insurance Broking.
