About Rajiv

Rajiv has completed a BTEC IPPM Diploma in Payroll Management and has nearly 15 years UK payroll experience, working with SME, Managed and Corporate customers.

Rajiv spent 6 years working with UK SME clients for payroll processing (back office and front office) followed by a Team Leader position within in the US Healthcare system.

He then moved back to UK payroll, managing a corporate customer averaging 60k payslips per month.

As Consultant Manager (Payroll), Rajiv's main activities include managing the onboarding of new recruits, 1-2-1 performance and career development, team and individual utilisation as well as training and process improvement.

Rajiv lives in Quatre-Bornes, Mauritius and has been married for 4 years.

In his spare time he enjoys watching and playing snooker as well as playing and watching football (especially the Premier League).

He also enjoys keeping active by playing badminton, walking the beautiful nature trails of Mauritius and to wind down, watches action movies.
