About Louise
Louise's career began in retail where she worked up from the shop through to change management, IT, HR operations and most recently, HRIS management and system selection.
Louise has over 8 years' experience working in HR, managing end-to-end processes as well as improving and digitising HR processes. She has prior experience as a Business Process Analyst along with some technical knowledge and loves all things people analytics!
Louise started her journey at Silver Cloud as HR Consultant, working with clients to resolve their pain points and achieve a more efficient HR solution. Since then, Louise has progressed into a Consultant Manager role, managing a team of consultants and continuing to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.

More About Louise
Originally from Nottingham, Louise now lives with her family and dog on the Dorset coast, where they enjoy beach walks together at all times of year, enjoying all the seasons! Her guilty pleasure is weekends away with friends where they do very little, other than eat and laugh.
Louise loves travelling and hopes to get more opportunity to travel as her children grow up, with the hope to show them her favourite places in Greece, Italy, New York and exploring even further!
