Within Silver Cloud, Ellie takes the lead in our exceptional PMO team, overseeing a team of Project Managers and PMO Specialists, responsible for critical functions such as Resource & Capacity Planning, PMO Governance and Process, Internal Change, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, including data protection and ISO27001, Customer Service and Continuous Improvement.
