Ben has over 18 years in the HRIS sector including HR, payroll, talent acquisition, e-learning and performance management space.
Ben works closely with Silver Cloud's CEO, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer to lead our business development function and is responsible for managing existing relationships, driving net sales and growth for the company.
His skills and insights into people-centric technology enable organisations across all major sectors to better serve their employee community and improve profitability.

More About Ben
Spending time with family and friends is vitally important to Ben. He currently spends most of his leisure time as a "Dad Taxi" & "Personal IT Support" to his son and twin daughters. He has a keen interest in cinema and a good Netflix series and is an avid reader - mostly current affairs and fiction.
Ben is also a sucker for punishment and continues to try to master French and the guitar (badly!).
Naturally competitive and unable to sit still for very long, Ben takes part in a number of sporting activities including running (he is a multiple London Marathon participant), gym, cycling (multiple London to Brighton Bike Ride participant) and tennis.
