About Ana
Ana brings over 12 years of extensive experience in HR-focused roles across diverse industries and sectors, spanning both public and private equity sectors.
Commencing her journey at Silver Cloud as an HRIS Consultant, Ana has excelled in supporting clients through digital reviews, process mapping, requirements gathering, and guiding them through the HRIS & Payroll selection process.
She collaborates closely with vendors, facilitating RFPs and orchestrating demos, while also providing adept project management support for the seamless implementation of HR technology.
Known for her adeptness in crafting templates and documenting best practice processes, Ana has supported clients with their system upgrades and facilitated the rollout of new technologies.
She is a familiar presence at networking and vendor events, where she shares her insights on HR transformation and advocates Silver Cloud's services.
Ana's journey at Silver Cloud saw her step up as the Head of Delivery (Interim), where she shouldered the responsibility of guaranteeing the successful execution of all projects, encompassing client-side engagements, advisory services, selection processes and implementations. She also oversaw the Delivery Managers across our practices (Dayforce and HiBob) and managed the PMO function, all with a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction and project excellence.
As Head of Client Transformation, she manages our Client Transformation team and HRIS Consultants, ensuring continued success in project delivery and selection outcomes.
Ana's broad sector experience as well as her operational insights enable her to provide invaluable advice and guidance to clients when it comes to their HR transformation projects.

Originally from Spain, Ana lives in Chelmsford, Essex with her husband David, daughter Lucia and son Santiago.
Other than spending time with family and friends, Ana enjoys going to the gym for a swim and traveling with her friend and family, embarking on adventures to explore diverse cultures across the globe.
Unsurprisingly, she is proficient in Spanish, adding another layer of cultural richness to her persona!
